Biometric Data: If you connect wearables or EEG devices, we process heart rate, EEG signals, and other biometric inputs locally whenever possible.

Service Delivery: To generate neural SDFs, simulate 4D decay, and power the Lucid Engine.

Personalization: To adapt geometry and environments based on your biometric state and interactions.

Improvement: To train and improve our liquid neural networks and spatial intelligence models.

Communication: To send updates about new features, system status, and relevant announcements.

3. Data Processing & Storage

Local-First Processing: Biometric signals and real-time interactions are processed on-device when possible. Your neural data never leaves your local environment without explicit consent.

Asset Storage: 4D assets and neural SDFs are stored in secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

Data Retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary for service delivery or as required by law.
